Adding teammates to your fsckmsft workspace takes just a few clicks. You can invite anyone by email address, set their role before they even accept, and manage pending invitations from the same screen — so your team is up and running without any back-and-forth.
Only Owners and Admins can send, resend, or cancel workspace invitations. Members can view the teammate directory but cannot manage invites.

Send an invitation

1

Open Workspace Settings

Click your organization name in the top-left corner of the dashboard, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
2

Go to the Members tab

In the left sidebar of Settings, click Members. You’ll see a list of current members and a Pending invitations section below it.
3

Click Invite members

Select the Invite members button in the top-right corner of the Members page.
4

Enter email addresses

Type one or more email addresses into the input field, separated by commas or line breaks. fsckmsft accepts any valid email address — invitees don’t need an existing account.
5

Choose a role

Use the Role dropdown to select the role each invitee will receive when they join. You can choose Admin or Member (the default). See Roles and permissions for a full breakdown of what each role can do.
6

Send the invitation

Click Send invitations. Each recipient receives an email with a unique join link valid for 7 days.
Inviting a large team? Paste a comma-separated list of email addresses into the field — fsckmsft processes them all in one go and sends individual invitation emails.

Resend or cancel a pending invitation

Invitations that haven’t been accepted yet appear in the Pending invitations table on the Members page.
1

Locate the pending invite

Scroll to the Pending invitations section of the Members page. Each row shows the invitee’s email address, the role assigned, the date sent, and the expiry date.
2

Resend or cancel

Click the (more options) menu at the end of the row, then choose:
  • Resend invitation — sends a fresh email with a new 7-day link, invalidating the old one.
  • Cancel invitation — immediately revokes the link so it can no longer be used to join.
Canceling an invitation cannot be undone. If you cancel by mistake, just send a new invitation to the same address.

Change a role before the invite is accepted

You can update the role on a pending invitation at any time before the invitee accepts it.
1

Find the invite in Pending invitations

Open Settings → Members and scroll to the Pending invitations table.
2

Edit the role

Click the menu for the relevant invite and select Change role. Pick the new role from the dropdown and confirm.

What the invitee sees

When a teammate receives an invitation, here’s what happens on their end:
  1. They receive an email from no-reply@fsckmsft.org with the subject line “You’ve been invited to join [Organization Name] on fsckmsft”.
  2. They click Accept invitation in the email.
  3. If they don’t have a fsckmsft account, they’re prompted to create one. If they do, they’re asked to sign in.
  4. After authenticating, they land directly in your workspace with the role you assigned — no additional setup required.
Invitation links are single-use and tied to the email address they were sent to. Forwarding the link to a different email address will not work.
