You can change your fsckmsft plan at any time from the Billing settings — upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Only workspace Owners and Admins can make changes to the subscription.
You need a saved payment method before upgrading to a paid plan. Add one at Settings → Billing → Payment method before starting the upgrade flow.

Upgrade to a paid plan

1

Open Settings → Billing

Click your organization name in the top-left, select Settings, then click Billing in the left sidebar.
2

Click Upgrade plan

Under Current plan, click Upgrade plan. This opens the plan selection screen.
3

Choose Pro or Business

Select the plan that fits your team. Review the feature differences on the right-hand panel. If you’re unsure, see Compare plans.
4

Select a billing cycle

Choose Monthly or Annual. Annual billing saves 17% — the discounted per-user price is shown automatically when you switch.
5

Review the total and confirm

The checkout summary shows the per-seat price, total seats, applicable proration credit (if upgrading mid-cycle), and the amount due today. Click Confirm upgrade to complete the purchase.
Your plan upgrades instantly. New features — such as additional automation runs, integrations, or custom roles — become available immediately after the upgrade confirms.

Switch between monthly and annual billing

1

Open Settings → Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.
2

Click Change billing cycle

Under your current plan details, click Change billing cycle.
3

Select the new cycle and confirm

Choose Monthly or Annual. The summary shows any immediate charge or credit. Click Confirm to apply.
Switching from monthly to annual billing locks in the discounted annual price immediately. You’ll be charged the prorated annual amount for the remaining days in your current month, minus any credit from unused days on your existing monthly subscription.

Upgrade or downgrade between paid tiers

To move between Pro and Business (in either direction), follow the same steps as upgrading from Free:
1

Open Settings → Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.
2

Click Change plan

Under Current plan, click Change plan.
3

Select the new tier

Choose your target plan — either higher or lower than your current one.
4

Review proration and confirm

The summary displays the prorated charge or credit. Click Confirm change to apply immediately.

Downgrade to Free

1

Open Settings → Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.
2

Click Downgrade to Free

Under Current plan, click Downgrade to Free and review the list of features you will lose.
3

Acknowledge any limit overages

If your workspace currently exceeds Free plan limits (for example, more than 3 projects or more than 5 members), you’ll see a warning. You must either reduce usage before the downgrade completes or acknowledge that content above the limits will become read-only.
4

Confirm the downgrade

Click Confirm downgrade. Your current paid plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then your workspace switches to Free.
When you downgrade, all active paid features (unlimited projects, automations, integrations, custom roles) remain available until the end of your paid period. After that date, any content or settings that exceed Free plan limits will become read-only — nothing is deleted automatically, but you won’t be able to edit until you bring usage back within Free limits or re-upgrade.

How proration works

fsckmsft calculates proration daily based on the number of days remaining in your current billing period. Upgrading mid-cycle:
When you upgrade, you’re charged immediately for the price difference between your old and new plan, multiplied by the fraction of the billing period remaining. For example, if you upgrade halfway through a 30-day monthly cycle, you pay 50% of the price difference for that month.
Adding seats mid-cycle:
New seats are charged immediately on a prorated basis — you pay only for the days remaining in the billing period at the per-seat rate of your current plan.
Downgrading mid-cycle:
You are not charged less immediately. Instead, you receive a prorated credit to your account balance, which is automatically applied to your next invoice. fsckmsft does not issue cash refunds for unused subscription time.
Removing seats mid-cycle:
Reducing your seat count generates a credit that applies to your next invoice. The reduced seat count takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
All proration amounts are shown in the confirmation dialog before you commit to any change. Review them carefully — especially on annual plans, where the amounts can be larger.

Cancel your subscription

Canceling your subscription is equivalent to downgrading to Free. Follow the Downgrade to Free steps above. Your paid features remain active through the end of your current billing period, after which your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically. fsckmsft does not delete your organization or data when you cancel — your workspace persists indefinitely on the Free plan.
