Left Sidebar
Switch workspaces, browse your project list, and access account settings. The sidebar is your primary navigation hub.
Top Bar
Run a global search, check notifications, and access your user menu. The top bar is visible from every screen.
Main Content Area
Where you do your actual work — view and edit tasks, documents, project boards, and automation workflows.
Command Palette
Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) to open a keyboard-driven launcher for any action or page.
Left Sidebar
The left sidebar is always visible and gives you a structured view of your workspace.- Workspace switcher — Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar to switch between workspaces or create a new one. If you belong to multiple organizations, each one has its own workspace.
- Project list — All projects you have access to appear here, grouped by team or category. Pin frequently visited projects to the top by right-clicking and selecting Pin.
- Settings — The gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar opens workspace and account settings, including members, billing, and integrations.
Top Bar
The top bar stretches across the full width of the screen and gives you quick access to platform-wide features.- Global search — Click the search field or press Cmd+K to open the command palette and search across all projects, tasks, documents, and people in your workspace.
- Notification bell — Click the bell icon to see a feed of activity relevant to you: mentions, task assignments, status changes, and comments.
- User avatar — Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the user menu, where you can manage your profile, switch themes, or sign out.
Main Content Area
The main content area fills the rest of the screen to the right of the sidebar. Its contents change depending on where you’ve navigated:- Project board — When you open a project, you see its tasks laid out in your chosen view (kanban, list, or table).
- Task detail — Click any task to open a full detail panel, including description, assignees, due dates, comments, and attachments.
- Document editor — Open a document within a project to enter a full-screen rich-text editing experience.
- Automation builder — Navigate to a project’s Automation tab to see the visual workflow canvas.
Command Palette
The command palette is the fastest way to navigate and take action without reaching for your mouse. Press Cmd+K (macOS) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) from anywhere in the app to open it. From the palette you can:- Jump to any project, task, or document by typing its name.
- Run actions like Create project, Invite member, or Archive project.
- Navigate to settings pages directly.
- Trigger automation workflows on demand.
The command palette learns from your usage. The items you open most often appear at the top of the list before you type anything.
